High school seniors whose hopes were raised this month when a court threw out the state exit exam arrive at school to bad news: The test is back on. Standing before about 40 teenagers who have braved bullets and brawls at other campuses to make it to their senior year at Duke Ellington Continuation School in Watts, Principal Cecil McLinn broke some sobering news Thursday.
